So I was wondering, quite a while back I went to the Japanese video game exhibition at Makuhari-Messe and a certain game caught my attention:
Ponkotsu Roman Daikatsugeki Bumpy Trot .... aka Bumpy Trot
Yeah, sounds weird huh. But! It was actually pretty interesting! The storyline's real whack...but the maker IREM's idea was so meticulate...Its probably a game Im lookin forward to a lot.
(Quoted from an article)
Ponkotsu Roman Daikatsugeki Bumpy Trot is the greatest videogame title ever, in perpetuity. Luckily, it looks like it may have more than just a goofy title to recommend it. Developed by Irem, the makers of R-Type and Disaster Report, the game -- whose full title means "Junk Romance Great Action Story Bumpy Trot" -- is a sharp-looking cel-shaded mecha action-adventure, set in an alternate vision of the late 19th century.
I wanna hear what you guys think. Go to the site to see what its like.
(Sucks that the site's in japanese..I, myself, know japanese, so its all right for me. Just click around and see what the style's like.)
In one of the links, you'll see a photo of a girl, an interviewer & the producer of the game...apparently the girl on the left sings for the game. shes hella cute! half japanese and american apparently! Upon further research, it turns out her names Nadia Gifford...and shes on a lot of Japanese TV. Pretty cool huh.
